Welcome to Walnut Creek VillageWalnut Creek Village is a member-supported, non-profit, community-based network. We provide independent living resources, referrals and social connections for those of us who wish to remain in our homes and “age in community”. We serve Walnut Creek, Alamo and immediately adjacent sections of Pleasant Hill and Concord, California.
Members will need only one phone call to the Village to connect to an array of services, service referrals or events, including:
Walnut Creek Village is part of the Village Movement, a nationwide network of like-minded communities who have formed Villages to help our communities become more age-friendly and supportive of independent elders. Currently there are more than 200 Villages up and running, with 150 additional Villages in development in the U.S.
